Key Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum secondary education with relevant experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- Familiarity with SAP and Salesforce is advantageous
- Quick adaptability to new systems and processes
- Experience in supply chain and logistics is beneficial
- Excellent attention to detail and numerical precision

Responsibilities:
- Engaging with business partners on client relationship management utilizing Salesforce capabilities
- Delivering service and support through various systems across a diverse range of products
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure the highest service standards and prompt resolution of inquiries.
- Ensuring all transactions comply with standards and established Service Level Agreements.

We seek candidates with a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a B2B client support role, who can showcase a solid understanding of SAP and Salesforce.

The ideal candidate will be required to work on-site for at least one day a week, with the flexibility to work remotely for the remaining days.

This position is a fixed-term contract offering a competitive hourly rate. The assignment duration is two years, with a working pattern in the afternoon.
