We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Deputy Manager to join our team at Priory Group. As a Deputy Manager, you will play a key role in the delivery of high-quality care and support to our service users.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of care staff to ensure the delivery of excellent care and support to our service users.
  • Develop and implement care plans that meet the individual needs of our service users.
  • Monitor and evaluate the quality of care and support provided to our service users.
  • Collaborate with other members of the care team to ensure seamless delivery of care and support.

Requirements

  • Previous experience as a Deputy Manager in a social care setting.
  • Strong working knowledge of regulatory standards and quality improvement frameworks.
  • Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with colleagues, service users, and their families.
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to delivering high-quality care and support.
