Are you dedicated to enhancing the educational experience for children with unique learning requirements, particularly those on the Autism spectrum?

We are currently seeking a committed Special Needs Educational Assistant to join our team.

Our organization collaborates with a Local Authority Special Primary School that is devoted to nurturing children facing complex learning challenges, including Autism and various sensory processing issues.

The successful candidate will play a crucial role in fostering an inclusive environment that promotes the development and well-being of these children.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide tailored support to students with Autism and other learning difficulties.
  • Assist in the implementation of individualized education plans (IEPs).
  • Collaborate with teachers and other staff to create a supportive learning atmosphere.
  • Encourage social interaction and communication skills among students.

Qualifications:
  • Experience working with children with special educational needs.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
