Job Description

Engage Education is seeking a highly skilled and creative Digital Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing content strategies across all social media platforms, enhancing our online presence, and driving engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, plan, and publish content across all social media platforms, ensuring consistency with our brand voice and marketing objectives.
  • Collaborate with relevant teams to gather information and tailor communications for different audiences.
  • Support in the launch of our new app, including planning, executing, and promoting the release on our social media channels.
  • Monitor and manage all social media accounts daily, promptly responding to customer enquiries and comments.
  • Write and produce engaging and informative blog posts for our website and social media channels, ensuring content is optimized for SEO and aligns with our marketing goals.
  • Plan, create, and edit video content for our social media channels and website, collaborating with the team and key stakeholders to develop creative concepts that capture our brand's message and resonate with our audience.
  • Generate detailed monthly reports on social media performance, including key metrics, trends, and insights, and present findings to the Marketing Manager and suggest improvements or adjustments to our strategies based on the data.
  • Work closely with the Marketing Manager and other team members to ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and overall marketing objectives.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in social media management, content creation, and digital marketing.
  • Strong writing skills with a portfolio of blog posts or other written content.
  • Proficiency in video creation and editing tools.
  • Familiarity with social media scheduling tools and analytics platforms.
  • Experience with HubSpot or similar CRM systems.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Creative and adaptable, with a keen eye for detail.
