We have a fantastic experienced team with Sous Chef and Senior Sous Chef in place, as well as other very experienced team members in a well-equipped kitchen. Our team is passionate about delivering outstanding food and service, and we're looking for someone who shares our values and can lead by example.
About the Role:
We're seeking a Head Chef who can inspire and motivate our team to deliver exceptional results. As a key member of our kitchen team, you'll be responsible for developing and implementing new menus, managing kitchen staff, and maintaining high standards of food quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement new menus and specials that meet the needs of our customers and drive sales growth.
- Manage and motivate a team of kitchen staff to deliver exceptional results and maintain high standards of food quality and safety.
- Work closely with our front-of-house team to ensure seamless service and excellent customer experience.
- Maintain accurate records of kitchen operations, including inventory management and staff rotas.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest culinary trends and techniques to ensure our menu offerings remain innovative and exciting.

Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you'll need to have:
Experience as a Head Chef or Sous Chef in a similar hospitality environment.Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.Strong culinary skills and knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced kitchen environment and maintain high standards of food quality and safety.Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving customer satisfaction.What We Look for in a Head Chef:
