The Compliance and Quality Assurance Advisor is a key position within the Greater Manchester Combined Authority (GMCA) that plays a crucial role in ensuring the organization's compliance with ESFA Funding Rules and providing high-quality apprenticeship provision.
This role will work closely with the Senior Compliance and Quality Assurance Advisor to oversee and take responsibility for the processing and checking of learning management systems, processes, and information in line with policies and best practice guidelines.
The ideal candidate will have experience in supporting apprenticeships and have current working knowledge of the ESFA Apprenticeship Funding Rules to ensure funding compliance through the processing and assuring of apprenticeship data using the Individualised Learner Return (ILR) and Digital Apprenticeship Service (DAS).
Key Responsibilities- Support the Senior Compliance and Quality Assurance Advisor in ensuring compliance with ESFA Funding Rules
- Process and check learning management systems, processes, and information to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Utilize management information systems to record, maintain, and report apprenticeship data
- Provide quality assurance support within the Fire Service's Training Function
- Work closely with the Training Team to deliver high-quality apprenticeship provision
- Experience in supporting apprenticeships and knowledge of ESFA Apprenticeship Funding Rules
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to utilize management information systems to record, maintain, and report apprenticeship data
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
