Job Summary

The da Vinci Clinical Sales Associate will play a critical role in maximizing the utilization of installed da Vinci Surgical Systems. This position will be responsible for implementing the clinical sales plan defined by the da Vinci Clinical Sales Manager to drive utilization of the da Vinci Surgical System.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to increase the adoption of da Vinci Surgical Systems in the assigned territory.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key hospital staff, surgeons, and other stakeholders to promote the benefits of da Vinci Surgical Systems.
  • Provide training and support to surgical teams to ensure they are capable of using the da Vinci Surgical System independently.
  • Drive continuous expansion of the user base by identifying and developing qualified leads.
  • Collaborate with the Clinical Sales Manager to develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to promote da Vinci Surgical Systems.
  • Responsible for administrative tasks, including reporting of sales and procedures, outcomes of sales activities, and submission of expense reports.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
  • Minimum of two years of experience in support and training in medical device industry or minimum of two years of prior sales experience in healthcare.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills.
  • Fluent in English and local language as required.
  • Ability to travel up to 50%, dependent upon account distribution.
  • Proven ability to work effectively as part of a team.
