Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement effective governance frameworks to drive business growth and minimize risk.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
- Provide expert guidance on governance-related matters, including risk management, compliance, and internal controls.
- Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Proven experience in governance and compliance, with a strong understanding of regulatory requirements.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively.
- Strong leadership and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- A competitive salary of £88,000 - £95,000, plus an £8k bonus and pension scheme.
- A hybrid working arrangement, with the flexibility to work from home and in our London office.
