Instead of starting from scratch, you will inherit an established client portfolio generating approximately £300k in revenue, along with new business opportunities from a variety of existing referral channels.
This organization is a well-respected entity in the Scottish market, serving clients across various sectors including midmarket, public sector, and corporate.
In this position, you will take over a high-quality client portfolio currently managed by a senior Director, allowing them to concentrate on strategic initiatives.
You will receive comprehensive client introductions and ongoing support through mentoring and referrals from the senior leadership team.
Your responsibilities will include managing a diverse range of clients, spanning industries such as technology, life sciences, hospitality, real estate, transportation, non-profits, construction, and more.
Support will be provided by a seasoned team of account handlers, placement brokers, and claims specialists, ensuring your focus remains on client engagement.
Compensation for this role is competitive, with a base salary ranging from £55k to £75k, complemented by a long-term incentive plan that offers the potential for a six-figure bonus.
The ideal candidate will be an experienced client-facing Commercial Account Executive located in the Central Belt or Central Scotland region.
This position offers flexibility, allowing for a hybrid work model with a few days in the office each week or more remote options for those further from the central region.
