**Job Summary**
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Conference and Events Planning Manager to join our operations team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the logistics of international conferences, sourcing and negotiating with suppliers, and ensuring seamless event execution.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Plan and coordinate sponsored VIP events, lunches, dinners, and after-hours activities, ensuring high-quality services and cost-effectiveness.
- Provide on-site support during events, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently.
- Maintain inventory tracking and regularly update event inventory sheets.
- Conduct thorough research to identify potential suppliers for add-ons, branding materials, and other event requirements.
- Negotiate contracts and terms with suppliers to ensure high-quality services and cost-effectiveness.
- Quality check of design aspects such as banners, signage, brochure, and other promotional materials.
**Requirements**
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Event Management, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience/knowledge in event planning, client management, or supplier research.
- Experience with graphic design software such as Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator is a plus.
**Work Environment**
We work from our office Monday to Friday and do not offer remote work.
