We are seeking an experienced HR Administrator to join our team at Reed Norwich. This role provides an excellent opportunity to support our dynamic teams and gain extensive experience in various aspects of HR administration.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain data systems, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in reporting.
  • Process staff amendments and forms, including handling sensitive information for staff who may be leaving.
  • Provide HR administrative support for onboarding processes.
  • Act as a support officer for new starters, managing references, occupational health checks, DBS checks, and inductions.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in HR administration or a similar role.
  • Strong data analysis and reporting skills.
  • Excellent organisational and time-management abilities.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Familiarity with HR processes, including onboarding and offboarding.
  • Proficient in using HR information systems and databases.
