Job Title: Deputy Head of Well-being

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to join our team as Deputy Head of Well-being. The successful candidate will play a key role in planning, delivering, and administering our well-being offer within the school.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work with individuals and groups to develop and implement well-being initiatives
  • Collaborate with teachers and support staff to ensure a comprehensive approach to student well-being
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external agencies and partners to enhance our well-being provision
  • Contribute to the development of policies and procedures related to student well-being
  • Provide guidance and support to students, staff, and parents on well-being-related matters
Requirements:
  • Relevant training, experience, or qualifications in working with children and young people
  • Experience in a role involving safeguarding
  • Ability to work collaboratively with staff, students, and external agencies
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
