We are seeking an exceptional clinician with expertise in autism to join our dynamic multi-disciplinary team, which includes professionals from Psychiatry, Speech and Language Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Sensory Integration Therapy, and Clinical Psychology.

We value collaboration and are looking for a team player who is dedicated to meeting the needs of the adults we serve.

In this role, you will work independently while adhering to our service's policies and procedures, assisting adults in enhancing their quality of life.

We are in search of a Clinical/Forensic Psychologist who aligns with our vision; Outcomes First Group is recognized as the largest independent provider of high-quality foster care and special needs education.

Our adult services span across England and North Wales, playing a crucial role in local communities throughout England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland, with a strong reputation for delivering quality and positive outcomes for those we educate.

Our divisions include Acorn Education and Options Autism.
Candidates should possess a post-graduate doctoral qualification in Psychology (clinical, counselling, forensic).
Experience working with adults who have intellectual disabilities and/or autism, particularly those with additional needs such as complex trauma, mental health challenges, and behaviors of concern, is essential.

You will have the necessary resources and time to implement your strategic vision for therapeutic practices, as this position is pivotal to the service's development.
