RJA-Consulting is partnering with a leading national healthcare organization to recruit a highly specialized practitioner psychologist.
This is an exciting opportunity for a qualified and experienced psychologist to join our team in Lincolnshire and make a meaningful contribution to the lives of individuals struggling with addiction.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the psychology provision throughout Lincolnshire, managing a small caseload of service users with complex needs.
- Develop and implement evidenced-based interventions, providing clinical guidance and training to colleagues.
- Collaborate with partner agencies to improve referral pathways and represent the service at strategic partnership meetings.
- Contribute to local governance meeting structures, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services.
- Doctorate-level qualification in psychology.
- Registration with the Health and Social Professions Council (HCPC) as a Clinical, Counselling, or Forensic Psychologist.
- Extensive experience in substance misuse, with a strong understanding of trauma-informed evidence-based psychological interventions.
- Excellent communication and adaptability skills, with a genuine passion for helping others.
- A high level of empathy, understanding, and patience.
