As an Practitioner Psychologist, you'll play a crucial role in leading the psychology provision throughout Lincolnshire, while managing a small caseload of service users with complex needs.

As part of our community-based team, you'll ensure that evidenced based interventions are embedded throughout the services. You will offer clinical guidance, training and leadership across the partnership and use your expertise to build on a range of innovative approaches, with people who use substances, and offer practical advice on trauma-informed evidence-based psychological interventions.
You will lead psychology input to local governance meeting structures, work collaboratively with partner agencies across Lincolnshire to improve referral pathways and represent the service at strategic partnership meetings across Lincolnshire.

Registered through the Health and Social Professions Council (HCPC) as a Clinical, Counselling or Forensic Psychologist
Highly experienced in the specialism of substance misuse
