Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with senior management to design and deliver education and training programs that meet the needs of our healthcare science workforce.
- Lead the development of training materials and resources, ensuring they are culturally sensitive and adaptable to diverse learning needs.
- Promote a culture of lifelong learning, underpinned by research and development, and aligned with the goals of the Imperial College AHSC.
- Implement changes and support the Trust-wide change process, ensuring a smooth transition to new education and training initiatives.
- Develop and maintain an education service that meets the requirements of Investors in People, ensuring high-quality training and development opportunities for our staff.

Requirements- Completion of a scientist training program or equivalent qualification.
- HCPC registration or equivalent.
- Masters-level qualification in healthcare science, with a willingness to undertake a recognized teaching qualification.
- Significant experience at a senior healthcare science level, with a proven track record of teaching and assessing in clinical practice.
- Experience of leading and managing teams, with a focus on education and training.
- Ability to give presentations and write for publication.
