Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced scientist to provide leadership in education and training for our healthcare science workforce. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and managing strategies for healthcare science education across the organisation.

Main Duties of the Job

  • Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement education and training strategies that meet the needs of our healthcare science workforce.
  • Lead the development of programmes of education and training, ensuring that they are culturally sensitive and adaptable to the needs of our diverse workforce.
  • Promote lifelong learning and professional development, underpinned by research and development, and aligned with the aims of the Imperial College AHSC.
  • Implement changes and support the Trust-wide change process, ensuring that education and training are integrated into our overall strategy.
  • Develop and implement an education service that meets the requirements of Investors in People.
