Main Duties
- Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement education and training programs that meet service needs.
- Lead the development of education and training initiatives, ensuring awareness of cultural diversity and adaptability in the workplace.
- Promote lifelong learning and professional development, underpinned by research and development.
- Implement changes and support the Trust-wide change process.
- Develop an education service that meets the requirements of Investors in People.

Education/Qualifications
Essential
- Completion of a scientist training program or equivalent.
- HCPC registrant or equivalent.
- Masters-level qualification in healthcare science, with a willingness to undertake a recognised teaching qualification.
Experience
Essential
- Teaching and assessing in clinical practice.
- Significant experience at a senior healthcare science level at band 7/8a.
- Experience of undertaking research and improvement projects.
- Experience of leading and managing teams.
Skills/Knowledge/Abilities
Essential
- Ability to give presentations.
- Writing for publication.
