We are seeking an experienced and skilled Executive Chef Manager to join our team at Anchor Hanover. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for leading our kitchen operations and ensuring the delivery of high-quality food and exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee all aspects of kitchen operations, including menu planning, food preparation, and presentation.
- Lead and motivate a team of chefs and kitchen staff to achieve exceptional standards of quality and service.
- Develop and implement effective kitchen systems and procedures to ensure efficient and safe food preparation and service.
- Monitor and control kitchen costs, including food, labor, and equipment expenses.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, food hygiene standards, and other relevant legislation.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a senior chef or kitchen manager in a similar environment.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
