We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Housekeeper to join our team at Brooklands Care Home. As a key member of our housekeeping team, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of our care home, including corridors, toilets, and residents' rooms.
Key Responsibilities- Implement daily cleaning schedules and maintain high standards of cleanliness throughout the care home
- Interact with residents on a daily basis, providing a friendly, caring, and respectful service
- Report any incidents or maintenance issues to the home manager
- Ensure all equipment and materials are well-maintained and safely stored
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a caring nature and a strong commitment to providing excellent customer service. You will also need to understand and comply with all relevant statutory and legal requirements, including Health and Safety and the Care Standards Act.
