About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Brooklands Care Home. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and nursing support to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.

Key Responsibilities

  • Formulate, implement, and regularly maintain electronic nursing care plans
  • Supervise the delivery of care by the care team and identify training and development needs
  • Dispense and administer medication to residents as prescribed, accurately maintaining appropriate records
  • Carry out stock control and ordering of residents prescribed medication and medical products

Requirements

  • Valid UK NMC Pin
  • No agency referrals
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
