About the Role

As a Registered Nurse at Brooklands Care Home, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care to our residents. You will formulate, implement, and maintain electronic nursing care plans, ensuring that each resident receives personalized attention and support. Your warm and caring nature will help you build meaningful relationships with our residents, and you will be responsible for supervising the delivery of care by the care team.

Key Responsibilities

Dispense and administer medication to residents as prescribed, accurately maintaining appropriate records
Carry out stock control and ordering of residents' prescribed medication and medical products
Understand and comply with all statutory and legal requirements, including Health and Safety, COSHH, and the Care Standards Act
