About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Project Worker to join our team at Sanctuary Supported Living. As a Project Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals who have experienced homelessness to achieve their goals and live independently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personalized support to customers, empowering them to maximize their potential and independence.
  • Assess customer needs and develop tailored support plans to promote their well-being and confidence.
  • Act as a first point of contact for customer queries, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
  • Build strong relationships with customers, respecting their autonomy, dignity, and personal choices.
  • Liaise with external agencies to enhance customers' health, wellbeing, and opportunities for education and employment.
  • Manage emergency situations with professionalism and poise.
  • Maintain accurate and high-quality records of customer interactions and progress.
Requirements
  • Experience working with adults who have experienced homelessness.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a 'can-do' attitude.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and independently.
  • Excellent organizational skills, with functional literacy and numeracy.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
  • NVQ3 in Health and Social Care or willingness to work towards.
  • Driving license and access to a vehicle.
