Job Title: Warehouse Operative

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Warehouse Operative to join our team at Gi Group. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for managing the intake of packaging materials, ensuring accurate inventory levels, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Inventory Management: Manage the receipt, storage, and distribution of packaging materials, ensuring accurate inventory levels and efficient stock rotation.
  • Packaging Coordination: Coordinate with production teams to ensure timely delivery of packaging materials, and manage the return of leftover packaging to stock.
  • Warehouse Operations: Assist with warehouse functions, including unloading vehicles, putting away stock, and supporting other logistics teams as needed.
  • Transportation: Drive a van between the warehouse and factory to deliver packaging stocks, ensuring timely and efficient transportation.

Requirements:

  • Valid FLT Licenses: Possess valid and in-date Reach and Counterbalance FLT licenses.
