Role Purpose

As a Senior Tester, you will be embedded within one of our engineering teams, dedicated to delivering exceptional TV platform experiences. Your expertise in testing will help enhance the audience's enjoyment of our rich content.

The ideal candidate will possess a collaborative spirit, a keen attention to detail, and a proactive approach to learning and development. You will lead testing efforts for complex projects and foster a culture of collaboration and knowledge sharing within the team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and implement testing strategies that meet the needs of complex products
  • Enhance software development methodologies within your team
  • Mentor and coach fellow testers to build skills and expertise
  • Contribute to process improvements through experimentation
  • Collaborate with test leadership to execute a comprehensive Test Strategy
  • Engage with the wider testing community to share and gain knowledge
  • Shape and implement test automation frameworks and delivery pipelines
  • Ensure adequate test coverage through both automated and manual testing
  • Manage defect tracking for small to medium projects
  • Oversee test environment and data requirements
  • Conduct exploratory testing to support new features

Candidate Profile

We are looking for individuals who are:

  • Self-motivated and inquisitive
  • Excellent communicators
  • Experienced in testing Web/Mobile and TV platforms
  • Familiar with non-functional testing aspects such as Performance and Accessibility
  • Proficient with cloud technologies and CI/CD tools
  • Experienced in Agile methodologies
  • Knowledgeable in API testing and programming languages like JavaScript/TypeScript
