About the Role

We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Internal Audit Senior Analyst to join our team. As a senior member of our internal audit team, you'll be responsible for leading the planning and delivery of IT assurance work, identifying control weaknesses and opportunities for improvement, and providing high-quality reports to management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the planning and delivery of IT assurance work, including risk assessments, control evaluations, and audit reports.
  • Identify control weaknesses and opportunities for improvement, and develop recommendations for remediation.
  • Provide high-quality reports to management, including audit findings, recommendations, and status updates.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, risk management, and compliance, to ensure effective communication and coordination.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies, industry trends, and regulatory requirements, and apply this knowledge to improve our IT audit processes.
Requirements
  • Qualified IT auditor (CISA, ACA, ACCA, CIMA, PIIA, CMIIA, or equivalent) with significant IT audit experience.
  • Strong understanding of IT governance, risk management, and control principles, including COBIT, ITIL, NIST, and ISO standards.
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to present complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Commercial awareness and understanding of Bupa's business operations and goals.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on delivering high-quality results.
