About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Visualisation Senior Analyst to join our team at Kellanova. As a key member of our Analytics and Reporting team, you will play a critical role in driving business insights and decision-making through data visualisation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain a visualization governance framework to ensure consistency and best practices across all KEU dashboard builds.
  • Conduct performance audits for major dashboards to ensure compliance with best practices and provide quarterly reports on audit findings.
  • Monitor data load performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure business continuity with existing reporting solutions.
  • Migrate existing dashboards to PowerBi and work closely with end users to identify and implement migration.
  • Stay up-to-date with data visualisation tools and best practices outside of the organisation, identifying opportunities for adoption and implementation.
Requirements
  • Advanced development and deployment skills on PowerBi (Desktop, Web).
  • Familiarity with other visualisation tools (e.g. Qlikview).
  • Technical data modelling and querying experience (Microsoft SQL Server, AWS technologies).
  • R Studio: design and develop automation solutions.
  • Data Visualisation: knowledge of visualisation best practices and design processes.
  • Ability to inherit existing data models, including troubleshooting and evolving code.
