About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Car Sales Executive to join our team at Toyota Stratford-upon-Avon. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Maximise sales opportunities through effective prospecting, follow-up calls, and in-bound telephone enquiries.
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales targets, including unit sales, profit per unit, finance penetration, and add-on products.
  • Ensure accurate collection and management of customer contact and vehicle data to maintain a high-quality customer database.

About You

  • You will have a proven track record of achieving sales targets and exceeding customer expectations.
  • You will be able to demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers.
  • You will be a team player, with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn and develop your skills.
  • You will hold a valid UK driver's license and have a passion for the automotive industry.
