Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Car Sales Executive to join our Toyota Dealership in Stratford-upon-Avon. As a Sales Executive with Listers, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Maximize sales opportunities through effective prospecting, follow-up calls, and in-bound telephone enquiries.
  • Meet and exceed monthly KPIs for unit sales, profit per unit, finance penetration, and add-on products.
  • Ensure accurate collection of customer contact and vehicle data to maintain a high-quality customer database.

About You

  • You will have a proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a similar role.
  • You will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers.
  • You will be a team player, willing to learn and adapt to new situations.
  • You will hold a valid UK driver's license and have a passion for the automotive industry.
