Key ResponsibilitiesThis position involves providing essential mentoring to young individuals in care, ensuring they receive the guidance needed to thrive in their studies and future aspirations.
The Administrator will conduct Personal Education Planning meetings (PEPs) to monitor and enhance the progress of this unique group of students, while also collaborating closely with the education officer from Virtual Schools Kent.
In this dynamic office environment, the role requires interaction with a multidisciplinary safeguarding team, addressing complex and sensitive matters, and directing students and families to additional resources as necessary.

This position is a fixed-term contract, encompassing 35 hours per week during term time.
Qualifications and SkillsThe ideal candidate will have achieved a minimum of 5 GCSEs, including Mathematics and English at grade 4 or above (or equivalent).

- Exceptional communication abilities, both written and verbal.
- Outstanding organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Capability to engage sensitively with young individuals, parents, and visitors, particularly those who may be anxious.
