Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Reliability Maintenance Specialist to join our team at Amazon. As a key member of our Reliability Maintenance Engineering (RME) team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our equipment and facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform proactive and preventative maintenance tasks on a wide range of site equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety.
  • Work closely with senior colleagues and contractors to undertake day-to-day maintenance tasks and troubleshoot equipment issues.
  • Collaborate with the RME team to identify and implement long-term improvements to our maintenance processes and procedures.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of condition-based monitoring strategies to minimize equipment downtime.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to colleagues and contractors as needed.
Requirements
  • Relevant experience working in mechanical and/or electrical maintenance, preferably in a fast-paced industrial environment.
  • Advanced proficiency in the local language verbally and in writing.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and contractors at all levels.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including night shifts, to support the 24/7 operation of our facilities.
