About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Systems Engineer to join our team at Cpl Life Sciences. Main Responsibilities
  • Conduct software systems engineering activities, including requirements management, risk assessments, and maintaining regulatory compliance.

Requirements
  • A degree-level qualification in Physics, Engineering, or equivalent.
  • Extensive experience developing software in industry, through the entire product lifecycle.

  • Experience developing software architectures for systems involving hardware.
  • Familiarity with software design and development processes and a good understanding of the necessary documentation and traceability required to develop top-quality, commercial software.
  • Good knowledge of object-oriented programming languages, particularly C++ and C#.

  • Experience with medical devices or in an equivalent regulated industry.
  • Experience of products for life-sciences research and the underlying biological processes.
  • Experience with Agile management principles.
  • Familiarity with Azure DevOps.
