Job Opportunity for a Skilled Multitrader

Aatom Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled Multitrader to join our team on a monthly rolling contract. As a Multitrader, you will be working on behalf of a Local Authority, carrying out building repairs, maintenance, renewals, and replacements within a range of trade disciplines.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Carry out building repairs, maintenance, renewals, and replacements in occupied and void housing properties and other Client-owned premises, adhering to best trade practice and current standards and regulations.
  • Work in a variety of settings, including housing properties and other Client-owned premises, to deliver high-quality trade services.
Requirements:
  • Be competent to a professional standard in a minimum of four trade disciplines, including:
    • Plumbing
    • Carpentry
    • Plastering
    • Electrical and/or Part P
    • Tiling
    • Painting & Decorating
    • Gas Safe
  • Have a strong understanding of health and safety protocols and regulations.
  • Be able to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
