Temporary HR Coordinator Role
About the Job
This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a reputable SME client of SF Recruitment in their medium-sized HR department. As a Temporary HR Coordinator, you will provide first-line support to all HR general queries and perform a wide range of administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support across the entire employee life cycle, including employment documentation, onboarding, and payroll.
- Collaborate with the finance team to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing.
- Assist with recruitment, including drafting adverts, communicating with candidates and agencies, and setting up interviews.
- Manage benefits, ensuring benefit providers are informed of starters and leavers, and provide support on first-line queries.
- Support engagement communications and system maintenance, updates, and changes.
Requirements:
- CIPD Level 3 or equivalent experience.
- Previous HR administrative experience.
