Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Business Solutions Architect to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and ensuring compliance with global tax regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Partner Account Managers to identify new business opportunities and provide strategic support to existing partners.
- Work closely with Account Managers, Partner Account Managers, Sales Engineers, and the Compliance Team to develop and implement effective account planning strategies, ensuring seamless integration of ISV solutions and maximizing co-sell motions.
- Partner with key Product and Professional Services resources to deliver exceptional implementation experiences for ISV partners.
- Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of global tax compliance regulations, accounting principles, and indirect tax processes.
- Provide technical and business support to ISV partners, ensuring their success in the market.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field, or an equivalent combination of experience and education.
- Minimum of 10 years' experience in tax and/or ERP technology consulting or a similar role within the enterprise software industry.
- Proven understanding of global tax compliance regulations, accounting principles, and indirect tax processes.
- Previous experience supporting ISVs in pre-sales, professional services, or support capacities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize activities effectively.
