About Us:

Evergreen is a growth marketing partner for home, garden & lifestyle brands, including Saltrock, The Lounge Co, and more. Founded in 2013, we live and breathe performance marketing, helping our clients harness the power of paid advertising across Google, Bing, Meta & TikTok.

Success looks like this:

* A sofa company generating GBP2m+ in online sales (YOY)
* A lifestyle brand generating GBP4m+ in online sales (YOY)
* An online coffee store generating
* A women's fashion retailer generating

* GBP30,000 - GBP40,000 salary
* Office/WFH split (2/3)

What We're Looking For:

* At least 3-4 years experience in paid social
* Proven experience in growing paid media channels for brands across a range of sectors
* Proven experience producing engaging and high-performing paid social strategies
* Expert knowledge of running campaigns through Meta (Facebook/Instagram)
* Experience with TikTok and Pinterest are desirable, but not essential
* Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritise multiple projects
* Excellent writing, proofreading skills, and communication skills
