We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Registered General Nurse or Paramedic to join our Primary Care Team at Central and North West London NHS Foundation Trust.
Key Responsibilities- Lead a team of healthcare professionals in the delivery of primary care services to adults and young people in custody.
- Assess the health needs of patients and provide holistic care in a unique environment based on a primary care model.
- Work closely with the Integrated Health and Emotional Well-being Team to deliver care that meets the needs of our patients.
- Provide professional leadership and support to all members of the healthcare team.
- Ensure compliance with CNWL and Prison policies, procedures, and guidelines.
- Support the formulation of policies and protocols within the sphere of work.
- Participate in and provide clinical and management supervision.
- Registered General Nurse or Paramedic qualification.
- Experience in a similar role, preferably in a healthcare setting.
- Strong leadership and management skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
