Primary Care Paramedic/Registered General Nurse

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Registered General Nurse or Paramedic to join our Primary Care Team at Central and North West London NHS Foundation Trust.
This is a senior nurse/paramedic role responsible for the day-to-day delivery of Primary Care and Health Promotion services to adults and young people in our care.
Key Responsibilities- Undertake line management responsibility for a team of staff, ensuring appropriate deployment and supervision.
- Work as part of a multi-disciplinary team to assess the health needs of patients and provide and evaluate care.
- Work autonomously and as part of the wider team to deliver healthcare to the standard equitable to that found within the wider community.
- Provide holistic care in a unique environment based on a primary care model that encourages patient engagement.

We have a Health and Justice Services Directorate, within which sits the Adult and Children and Young People Service line working in partnership with Youth Custody colleagues to provide responsive and dependable primary care, mental health, learning disabilities, and substance misuse services.

Requirements- Previous experience of working at a Band 6 level.
- Previous experience of working within a primary care setting.
- Clinical skills in primary care nursing and/or pre-hospital settings or ambulance service setting.
- Ability to provide teaching, mentorship, and supervision.
- Flexible.
