About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and sales-oriented Retail Adviser to join our growing team in our Vodafone Southport Partner store. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for interacting directly with customers, understanding their needs, and building trust to create a personal experience that exceeds their expectations.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service, resolving any issues that may arise in a timely and professional manner.
  • Work closely with customers to understand their needs and preferences, and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Contribute to the growth and development of our store, through the delivery of sales and service excellence.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to be level-headed, have a mature mindset, combined with enthusiasm, energy, and drive. You will also need to be able to commit to some weekend work, as well as weekdays.
