Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and ambitious Sales Assistant to join our team at Majestic Wine Birkdale. As a Sales Assistant, you will play a key role in driving sales performance and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive Sales Performance: Maximize sales opportunities and support the team in meeting and exceeding targets.
  • Deliver Exceptional Customer Service: Provide market-leading customer service to drive business growth through customer loyalty and repeat purchases.
  • Wine Knowledge and Sales: Demonstrate and share your passion for wine with customers through in-depth knowledge of our range.
  • Store Operations: Take ownership of the physical appearance and maintenance of the store, including merchandising stock deliveries and calling customers to drive sales opportunities.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve the operational running of the store and implement solutions with the team.
  • Compliance and Safety: Ensure compliance with internal policies, processes, and complete mandatory training.
