Key Responsibilities- Support the store team in achieving sales targets and delivering outstanding customer service
- Maximise sales opportunities and drive business growth through customer loyalty and repeat purchases
- Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of our wine range to provide expert advice to customers
- Take ownership of the physical appearance and maintenance of the store
- Contribute to the operational running of the store, including delivering wine to customers and merchandising stock deliveries
- Identify opportunities to improve store operations and implement solutions with the team
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures, and complete mandatory training
- Excellent time-management, delegation, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to deliver exceptional customer experience and service
- Self-motivated and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Passion for learning and developing wine knowledge
- Hold a full UK/EU/EEA driving licence for at least 12 months with no more than 6 penalty points
