Role Summary:

As we prepare to expand our presence, we are in search of an experienced and fashionable Retail Operations Leader. This pivotal role is crucial for ensuring outstanding customer experiences and managing the daily functions of our new retail location.

In this position, you will embody our brand ethos, transforming casual visitors into loyal customers while driving sales performance. You will oversee daily store operations, uphold exceptional visual merchandising standards, and foster strong customer relationships to promote repeat business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and enhance a new retail location, serving as a brand ambassador for Wear London.
  • Achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) while ensuring seamless processes and top-tier customer service.
  • Assist customers with product knowledge and recommendations, leveraging a strong understanding of the brand.
  • Maintain store aesthetics and ensure the shop floor is well-stocked.
  • Manage inventory levels accurately and efficiently.
  • Process transactions with precision and speed.
  • Collaborate with team members to deliver an exceptional shopping experience and ensure smooth operations.
  • Oversee weekly stock deliveries.
  • Exhibit strong interpersonal skills with all stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • A solid background in retail, preferably in menswear fashion (minimum of 2 years).
  • Experience in sales management with oversight of direct reports (minimum of 1 year).
  • Essential people management experience.
