Join Our Team as a Lecturer in Joinery

We are seeking a highly motivated and innovative individual to join our team as a Lecturer in Joinery. As a key member of our education and training team, you will play a vital role in delivering outstanding teaching and assessment to our students.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality teaching and assessment to students up to Level 3, including study programmes, adult programmes, and apprenticeships in site and bench joinery.
  • Develop and implement creative resources to inspire outstanding learning and promote positive outcomes for learners.
  • Monitor and track learner progress to ensure students reach their full potential.

Requirements:

  • A vocational qualification at Level 3 or above, as well as a relevant teaching qualification and assessors award.
  • Ability to bring the subject to life using practical, theoretical, and digital methods to engage learners and provide them with the best skills, knowledge, and behaviours for the future.
