Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced educator to join our team as a Construction Trades and Joinery Instructor. As a key member of our faculty, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality teaching and learning experiences to our students, focusing on Construction trades and Joinery at level 1.

About the Role

As a Construction Trades and Joinery Instructor, you will play a critical role in shaping the educational experience of our students. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and delivering engaging lesson plans that cater to the diverse needs of our students
  • Assessing student progress and providing constructive feedback to support their growth
  • Collaborating with colleagues to ensure a cohesive and effective learning environment
  • Staying up-to-date with industry developments and incorporating relevant best practices into your teaching

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A teaching qualification or be working towards one
  • An appropriate level professional qualification in a relevant subject specialism
  • Experience of teaching Construction in an FE setting
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
