Key Responsibilities- Ensure fixtures are set up effectively, products and promotions are displayed attractively, and shelves are well-stocked.
- Implement planograms to maintain consistency and compliance with merchandising standards.
- Arrange and organize products on shelves and displays to maximize visibility and appeal.
- Set up promotional displays and signage to effectively communicate prices, discounts, and special offers.
- Build and maintain good working relationships with instore colleagues and provide accurate feedback to our client account teams.
- Experience in merchandising, retail, and/or customer service.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and use initiative to find solutions.
- Comfortable with manual handling and willing to accept home deliveries of point of sale or stock items.
- Confident using a company tablet to download briefs, take photos, and answer questions.
- A full UK driving license and access to a car is required.
