About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Skills Coach to join our Supported Internship team. In this full-time role, you will play a vital part in guiding learners with special educational needs towards sustainable employment by equipping them with essential skills.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Provide individualized support to each learner, tailoring your approach to their unique needs and goals.
  • Deliver one-on-one job coaching sessions, providing practical guidance and mentorship in a real-world setting.
  • Develop and enhance learners' employability skills, including communication, teamwork, problem-solving, and time management.
  • Integrate English and Maths learning seamlessly into workplace activities, fostering a holistic approach to skill development.

  • A comprehensive understanding of safe working practices within a professional environment.

  • Proficiency in using ICT tools and software applications.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with learners, colleagues, and employers.
