About the Role

Martech Record, LLC is seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as an EMEA Business Development Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strategic partnerships with businesses in the EMEA region.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and Execute Partnership Strategies: Identify and develop new partnership opportunities in the EMEA region, focusing on quality new business growth.
  2. Manage Partner Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing partners, including Fortune 500 companies and individual content creators.
  3. Drive Business Growth: Develop and execute commission strategies, recruitment strategies, and growth strategies to drive business growth.
  4. Regional Market Insights: Have a deep understanding of regional, country, and partner segmentation nuances to improve regional recruitment and partner activation efficiency.
  5. Communication and Collaboration: Strong communication skills to expertly communicate our value proposition with partners and maintain daily communication to improve partner performance.
  6. Internal Collaboration: Partner closely with internal teams (sales, marketing, creator teams as well as DE/DS teams) for partner pipeline, recruitment, product enhancement, and reporting.
Requirements
  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in affiliate marketing, channel sales, or agency recruitment, with knowledge of affiliate marketing and partnership management.
  • Skills: Strong ability to manage and grow influencers, media agencies, and brand partners to achieve business goals.
  • Communication: Excellent communicator and comfortable managing multiple tasks, engaging and influencing with cross-functional groups.
  • Industry Knowledge: Knowledge of social media, mobile apps, and selling advertising products (self-serve platform, auction, and biddable form of digital advertising buying) with a customer-centric mindset.
  • Data Analysis: Data-driven, capable of in-depth data interpretation, synthesizing insights through clear, concise communication.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Solutions-Oriented: Solutions-oriented with strong problem-solving and strategy development experience.
  • Attention to Detail: Detail-oriented to find solutions for clients while improving internal processes and delivering feedback.
  • Executive Presence: Strong executive presence and ability to remain calm under pressure.
  • TikTok Passion: Passion for TikTok marketing, and up for the challenge of building something from the bottom up.
  • Self-Starter: Self-starter and motivated to learn and strong oral & written communication skills for internal and external forums.
