Senior Roof Maintenance Specialist

Job Summary: We are seeking a Senior Roof Maintenance Engineer to join our team at TGM Ltd. As a Senior RME, you will be responsible for all aspects of your team while on site. You will be the eyes and ears for our off-site management and will receive full support from our Health & Safety Manager and Operations Manager. This role involves working away from home Monday to Friday, with occasional weekend work on a rota basis. You will require roofing experience and will receive annual training.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Carry out roof repairs and gutter cleaning and maintenance throughout the UK.
  2. React to callouts from our clients in a timely and efficient manner.
  3. Ensure adherence to Health and Safety policies at all times.
  4. Attend training courses as required by the company.
  5. Participate in meetings at Head Office or other agreed locations as needed.
  6. Maintain a clean and tidy uniform and company vehicle.
  7. Perform any other duties as requested by Management personnel.

Requirements:

  • Experience in roofing and working at height.
  • Category C1 Licence.
