Key Responsibilities:

  • Strengthen and maintain relationships with key clients
  • Oversee current accounts while identifying new business opportunities

  • Work closely with the production team to guarantee product excellence
  • Formulate and execute strategies based on customer feedback

Qualifications and Skills:

  • A degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline is preferred
  • Strong technical acumen with the ability to interpret engineering schematics
  • Experience in the machinery sector is advantageous
  • Demonstrated experience in sales and managing customer relationships
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities
  • Capability to lead projects and collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Willingness to travel frequently and at short notice
  • Resilience and adeptness in managing challenging situations

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Competitive base salary up to £60,000
  • Annual bonus potential of up to 15%

  • Flexible working hours with early finishes on Fridays
