Key Responsibilities:
- Strengthen and maintain relationships with key clients
- Oversee current accounts while identifying new business opportunities
- Lead initiatives aimed at enhancing delivery timelines and manufacturing efficiency
- Work closely with the production team to guarantee product excellence
- Formulate and execute strategies based on customer feedback
- Travel frequently to client locations across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa for equipment installation and servicing - comprehensive training will be provided
Qualifications and Skills:
- A degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline is preferred
- Strong technical acumen with the ability to interpret engineering schematics
- Experience in the machinery sector is advantageous
- Demonstrated experience in sales and managing customer relationships
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities
- Capability to lead projects and collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Willingness to travel frequently and at short notice
- Resilience and adeptness in managing challenging situations
Compensation and Benefits:
- Competitive base salary up to £60,000
- Annual bonus potential of up to 15%
- Bupa health insurance coverage
- Life assurance equivalent to 7 times the salary
- Flexible working hours with early finishes on Fridays
- Company vehicle for UK travel
Work Environment:
- Positioned near Bradford
- Regular travel throughout Europe, the Middle East, and Africa, with short and frequent trips
