About the Role

Bibby Financial Services is seeking a highly skilled Cash Administrator to join our team in Manchester. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the security and profitability of our business through efficient, accurate, and effective processing of invoices and credit notes, cash, and refunds.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure the smooth running of the data processing team, working closely with the Cash Administrator Team Leader/Cash Administrator Co-Ordinators.
  • Provide coaching and support to other team members, promoting excellent customer service internally and externally.
  • Responsible for the accurate input and allocation of cash, refunds, invoices, and credit notes, ensuring security is maintained within the systems and authorisation levels.
  • Investigate all unallocated suspense items and all items due for repatriation, ensuring daily balancing is completed.
Requirements
  • Experience working in an office environment in a role requiring rapid and accurate handling of data or processes.
  • Excellent customer service skills, with experience of regular client and internal team interaction.
  • Understanding of generic internal systems and commonly used software packages such as MS Office.
